Gilmore Builders did a complete remodel of our home taking a 1972 ranch down to the studs and building us a gorgeous home. I knew that Gilmore Builders always had our best interests at heart and they treated the remodel as if it was their home. I was never worried or stressed and felt I was always given the options they would choose as if it was their home. It made solving the issues that did arise a breeze. We have built five homes, experiencing a variety of builders. None of them provided anything to write home about, except our last builder, Gilmore Builders. Gilmore exhibited a professional, "can do" and "will do" attitude and expertise that made this experience exceed our fondest expectations.
From the beginning, we had tons of questions about our considered three story home including many, many design changes that were major. With care and concern, Gilmore helped us through the design until we were comfortable moving ahead.
Construction was a breeze, facilitated with routine daily discussion and updates. Everything was on time, done superbly well, and the result is an awesome home.

Brian Gilmore built a three-bedroom, open-concept, ranch-style home for me in the Oconomowoc area. An architect was used to develop the plan based on my needs and requirements. I wanted a comfortable home with enough space to entertain family and
friends. Brian participated in the early stages and offered great suggestions.
During all phases of building, I was kept informed about progress, delays and any changes that were needed.
My concerns and questions were always promptly met with respect, consideration of options and practical solutions.
One of the key features of my home is a covered porch with a fireplace. The brickwork on the fireplace and the porch enclosure is beautiful and enhances the exterior of the home.
The interior fireplace in the living room is a work of art. The stones were carefully selected, placed to provide color, character and a focal point for the living room.
Brian is a talented, creative builder with a dedication to detail and customer service. I would strongly recommend him.
