Custom Home Lakeside Conservancy Pewaukee
Unique courtyard home that utilized our family's craftmanship stone work experience. Over 200 tons of stone were used on the inside and out. The home features a "schoolhouse" room above the garage, an oval dining room and a lower level with karaoke stage and circular play pod for the kids. The exterior includes a double tier side patio with grill area and swing bar.
Villas at Cardinal Ridge
In 2004, we developed three acres of land in the Village of Pewaukee and built six two family condominiums on a wooded hillside overlooking Pewaukee lake. It was a challenging site, dropping 60 feet from one end of the property to the other. We collected all of the storm water with a unique underground storage system. The units ranged in size from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet, with some of the units having 3 levels and one unit having an elevator. In 2001, we had done a similar project in the Village of Hartland, called Olde Churchill Condominiums.
